Download a whole-body model

Assemble a sex-specific whole-body model (Harvey ♂ / Harvetta ♀), as an adult or at any day of the infant growth series, with coupling constraints in the better-scaled lifted form or the original classic form. Each file is generated live from the database on download — not a static snapshot.

Large models can take a few seconds to assemble. The .mat loads in the COBRA Toolbox and cobrapy; the lifted form is recommended for faster, better-conditioned solves.
