Every disease chapter of Saudubray's Inborn Metabolic Diseases (5th ed.) opens with a pathway diagram. Each diagram was audited reaction-by-reaction against the VMH human reconstructions and the whole-body models (WBMs), the genuine gaps were triaged, and a set of curation and WBM additions were built. This page summarises that work and shows a “reconDBdelta version” of every chapter figure — each arrow labelled with the reconDBdelta reaction used.

Click a bar or a chip to list those reactions (formula, GPR, subsystem). Re-audited against the current reconDBdelta (2026-07-14, upgrade-only).

Notes & provenance
Figure layout is auto-generated (layered by pathway depth) — it approximates, not reproduces, the book's drawn topology.
Status re-audited against the current reconDBdelta (upgrade-only); reactions added this campaign show as “in WBM” (RE2493C, BAAT4x, GSNKm, HMR_0808; SERR now in recon).
