ReconMaps:

ReconMaps are consistent with the content of Recon 3D. We present it within a web interface that allows content query, visualization of custom datasets and submission of feedback to manual curators. ReconMap can be accessed through the VMH.

ReconMaps utilizes the MINERVA framework. For more info click here.

ReconMaps also allows the viusalization of flux distributions in the metabolic network. More functionality will be added. To get started request an account via the map navigator and see the tutorial here

Leigh Map:

Leigh Syndrome is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder. Clinical manifestations include psychomotor retardation, with regression, and progressive neurological abnormalities related to basal ganglia and/or brainstem dysfunction To date there are 89 genes known to cause Leigh Syndrome. The Leigh Map comprises 89 genes and 236 phenotypes, and aims to enhance the interpretation of WES data to aid clinicians in providing faster and more accurate diagnoses for patients so that appropriate measures can be taken for further treatment. The phenotypic components of Leigh Map can be queried to generate a list of candidate genes.
